To Larry’s question. Within Convirza for CQM navigate to the Reports tab. From the Reports page you can find the ‘Calls by Status’ report in the drop down which will display a summary of your calls and which were answered/missed along with additional call stats. The raw data both in summary and detail(call by call) is available by clicking on the text at the bottom of the reports ‘Click here to see a list view of your data’ which can then be downloaded as a .csv to excel or other processing programs for additional data review if so desired.
