When trying to create a new Dynamic Tracking Number, it is very unclear / confusing what the difference is between a "Group" and a "Route"...
Particularly, after you've gone through all of the steps to set up the new "Group", where you then have to navigate to the Manage Numbers page and click on "Add / Edit Route", pick your number, type "yes" to agree to the terms, and then you are brought right back to the same exact screen - and there is NO clear indication that you have actually done ANYTHING (nevertheless is there ANY indication that you are doing the correct thing)....
There is even a DIFFERENT Default "Group Name" or "Route Name" automatically chosen as the default when you get to that page, every time!
Please make this usable, as soon as possible!

“Group” refers to the organizational structure and hierarchy within the app. The “Route Name” is a identifier for the tracking number or number pool when reviewing reports or using the filters in various areas of the site.
In response to your other questions regarding setting up a call route the screen does change slightly in that it will fill in the number after selecting a tracking number or display the pool name in the case of a number pool within the “Add / Edit Route” box. The groups are displayed in a drop down menu of all of your active groups sorted alphabetically. It is recommend to select the tracking number prior to completing any of the fields within the “Add / Edit Route” box as it will clear the entered information when you have chosen your new number.
